Role: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Leeds
Job: Office fit out
Start Date: 9th March
Duration: 16 weeks
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
* Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students.
* Maintain rigourous quality control measures throughout the project.
* Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and requirements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm
Rate: £220 a day
Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
