Your Responsibilities
* Drive Sales Performance: Use your personality and product expertise to sell across a diverse range of new and used vehicles.
* Expert Appraisals: Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchanges using our professional onsite facilities.
* Customer-Centric Journey: Place the customer's needs at the heart of every interaction, providing detailed presentations of models and tailored funding options.
* Proactive Prospecting: Utilize our bespoke database management systems to identify and create incremental sales opportunities from new and existing customers.
* Seamless Handovers: Coordinate the end-to-end preparation and delivery of sold vehicles, collaborating with our highly trained aftersales team to ensure a 5-star experience.
* Event Promotion: Assist in the planning and execution of on and offsite product events to promote the local business.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: A proven track record in a sales environment is essential.
* Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a professional "can-do" attitude.
* Compliance: Ability to learn and follow regulated sales processes and FCA guidelines.
* Requirements: A full, valid UK driving licence is mandatory.
