We're looking for a skilled and motivated Casual Events Catering Manager to oversee catering services, ensuring exceptional food quality, smooth operations, and outstanding guest experiences during major events. Hours & Contract: This is a casual, event-based position, with shifts scheduled according to the stadium’s calendar of fixtures and events. Once registered, you’ll have access to our scheduling app, where you can view and sign up for upcoming shifts. Six Nations: With the Six Nations fast approaching, you will need to be available on 14 February 2026 and 7 March 2026. Pay: £16 per hour About the Role: As a Catering Manager, you’ll take charge of all aspects of our catering operations — from team leadership and service delivery to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. You’ll oversee staff performance, manage stock and logistics, and ensure that every event runs smoothly from setup to close. This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering top-quality food and service Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring timely preparation and smooth service. Lead, train, and motivate catering teams to deliver exceptional results. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Ensure compliance with all food safety and health and safety regulations. Act as the main point of contact for clients and event organisers. Manage stock, inventory, and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate event logistics, including transport, setup, and breakdown. Handle customer feedback and resolve any operational issues promptly. About You: Proven experience in catering management or food service operations. Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations; HACCP certification preferred. Confident working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Flexible and available for evening, weekend, and event shifts. Positive, professional, and committed to delivering quality results.
