Location: Norwich City Centre
Salary – £27,000 + superb OTE with lucrative commission

You’ll begin with comprehensive training that will set you up for success. From there, you’ll step into a Project Lead role, in charge of your own client outreach, booking editorial meetings, and eventually leading the sales process end-to-end.
If you’re sharp, confident, and results-driven, there’s a fast track to becoming a full-cycle Sales Executive, combining client generation and media sales all under your own banner.
What You’ll Do
* Research and generate your own leads across North American industry sectors
* Build trust-based relationships with senior executives and understand your clients’ goals
* Transition into a sales role, pitching advertising and sponsorship opportunities
* Then, manage your own portfolio of accounts from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
* A confident communicator; phone-friendly and people-focused
* Self-motivated, organised, and ability to spot when to close a deal
* Resilient, target-driven, and always hungry to improve.
* Experience in sales, publishing, or media preferential
