The Role
As HR Administrator, youll be the support behind the dayAEUR'toAEUR'day HR operations. Youll be the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring every process is delivered with accuracy, consistency, and a friendly, professional approach.
Youll be responsible for:
* Providing essential administrative and operational HR support across a wide range of functions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and employment legislation
* Supporting employee relations activity : organising formal meetings, preparing documentation, taking accurate minutes, and maintaining detailed case records
* Managing HR data and systems, processing contract changes and leavers, and responding to internal HR queries efficiently
* Coordinating wider HR activities including training, policy updates, health and safety recordAEUR'keeping, and routine HR reporting
Everything you do will help keep the HR service running smoothly and professionally.

What Youll Need
* Ideally 2 years experience working as an HR Administrator

* A full driving licence and access to a car
