About the role:
justteachers are working with a primary school in Bedworth to recruit a Learning Mentor for SEND pupils. This is a full-time role with an Immediate start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school promotes a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted mentoring sessions
• Support emotional wellbeing
• Implement behaviour strategies
• Liaise with teaching staff
Pre-requisites:
* Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
* Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
* A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
