About the Role
As the Site Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You’ll be supported by a hands-on leadership team who value long-term relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading site teams on new build and refurbishment projects within the social housing sector
New kitchen and bathrooms fittings
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to specification
Overseeing health & safety compliance and site documentation
Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Upholding the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and community commitment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential or social housing sector
Strong leadership and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
A commitment to high standards and respectful site culture
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solve problems proactively
