Bio Capital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team and support the delivery of effective HR services across the organisation. This role is based in Cumbernauld, Glasgow, but will be required to travel within our Scotland and Northern England based sites regularly. Key Responsibilities • Promote company values and contribute to a fair, inclusive, and high-performance culture. • Assist with employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances. • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy across systems. • Complete recruitment and onboarding processes. • Collaborate with payroll to manage compensation and benefits documentation. • Contribute to policy implementation, compliance, and regular reviews. • Compile HR reports and analyse key metrics to support decision-making. • Help create and deliver wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in industrial, production, or manufacturing environments. • Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, investigations, and policy implementation. • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. • Honest, approachable, flexible, and a self-starter with a can-do attitude. • Familiarity with HR software; experience with Employment Hero is desirable.
