What you will do
* Own the Sales Process: Lead end-to-end, multi-month sales cycles, navigating complex decision-making in large dealership groups and OEMs. You will take charge, driving every step from prospecting to close.
* Penetrate Key Accounts: Target high-value dealership groups and automotive OEMs, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders to land significant enterprise-level deals.
* Lead with solutions: Position our cutting-edge data-driven AI solutions as essential tools that solve pressing problems for your clients. Use a consultative, value-driven sales approach to drive decision-making at Executive level.
* Surpass sales targets: Deliver results, meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue goals. You’ll manage a strategic pipeline and maintain momentum in multi-stakeholder sales environments.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, customer success and marketing to ensure solutions are perfectly aligned with client needs, ensuring a smooth and impactful client journey.
* Utilise data and CRM tools: Leverage data insights and our CRM, (HubSpot), to track progress, forecast outcomes and refine strategies to stay ahead of your targets.
* Develop a forensic knowledge of our competitors and the advantages we bring to market.
What you bring to the table
* Proven track record: A solid history of closing large enterprise deals, ideally with multi-stakeholder engagement. Experience in B2B SaaS, data solutions, or automotive industry is highly preferred.
* Entrepreneurial drive: You’re resilient, resourceful and not afraid to get your hands dirty. A go-getter mentality that thrives in high-pressure environments where you drive your own success.
* Grit & determination: Persistence and determination are in your DNA. You don’t stop until the deal is done.
* Strong business acumen: You understand complex business environments and have the ability to translate data products into high-value business outcomes for clients.
* Strategic relationship builder: You’re adept at building relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, with a knack for navigating complex organisational structures.
