The Early Careers Recruiter (Financial Services) is responsible for executing the Early Careers proposition in their region or business area.
This involves partnering with key stakeholders and being a talent advisor on the aims and objectives of our programmes, hiring, developing, and deploying early careers talent in line with success metrics.
This role also ensures a best-in-class experience for early careers talent and an excellent candidate experience.
Strategy
* Plan, coordinate, and execute campus and campaign strategies at career fairs, presentations, and advertising channels
* Implement engagement strategies to enhance candidate experience from offer to joining date
Business
* Maintain candidate pipelines that are fit for purpose, deliver strong ROI, reduce time to hire, and ensure diversity in partnership with Robert Walters
* Contribute to promoting our programmes via social media, website, job boards, sponsorships, and partners to increase brand awareness and applications
* Act as an employer brand ambassador across social media platforms
* Organize campus hiring events, including shortlisting, interviews, and campus activities
* Work with Early Careers Manager to improve candidate conversion and identify 'gateway' roles
* Deploy graduates into permanent roles, utilizing assessment feedback for optimal candidate placement
* Use talent data to recommend candidates for career moves and projects
* Implement alumni development initiatives following global standards
Processes
* Ensure completion of pre-joining documentation and pre-employment checks by support teams
People and Talent
* Lead by example within the Early Careers Team and foster a positive culture and values, collaborating with risk and control partners
Governance
* Adhere to client policies on campus hiring
* Use reporting to monitor interview slate, ROI, time to hire, diversity metrics, and address pipeline issues
* Maintain effective governance and controls, partnering with an Early Careers Manager for changes
Regulatory & Business Conduct
* Uphold the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
* Achieve outcomes aligned with client conduct principles
* Identify, escalate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance issues
