We're Hiring: Freelance Fitout Site Manager
Location: Manchester
Sectors: Healthcare
Project Types: Refurb/Fit Out
Payrate: £250 - £280 a day
Duration: 14 week project (starts 1st September)
What you'll do as a Freelance Fitout Site Manager:
* Oversee project of fitout of cinema room
* Report directly to the Project Manager
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
* Support commissioning and final handovers
Duties of a Freelance Fitout Site Manager include but are not limited to:
* Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
* Record onsite progress and lookaheads
* Follow H&S guidelines
Required Qualifications/Experience
* Experience working on fit out projects
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle
