Cooplands Bakery is looking for a passionate Store Manager who can lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver excellent standards and great products while achieving targets. The Store Manager is the heart and soul of the store, keeping spirits high and focusing on customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the front by rolling up your sleeves to support the team with food preparation, store cleanliness and serving customers.
* Inspire and motivate the team to deliver great results and a consistently brilliant customer experience.
* Promote sales and increase profitability while monitoring waste controls, labour controls and customer service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Store management experience is preferred; supervisory experience within hospitality/retail is welcome and consideration will be given to stepping into a managerial role.
