Apex have an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Manager. The role will be Cardiff based and is initially offered as; FTC / maternity cover.
Role Overview:
Leading and developing an established HR administration team
Overseeing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to exit
Ensuring data accuracy, compliance and payroll integrity
Acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees
Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and workflows
Supporting broader HR initiatives and transformation projects
Candidate Overview
Previous experience managing a team within a HR Operation
Strong working knowledge of HR processes and employment compliance
Confidence advising stakeholders at multiple levels
A proactive mindset with a focus on improving ways of working
Experience working with HR systems and data

Salary Range; £35k to £38k DOE
