About the Role
As a Sales Executive within our Energy team, you'll play a key role in generating and converting opportunities, supporting customers through the energy procurement process, and helping Global 4 grow its energy offering.
You'll be responsible for:
* Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers to generate energy quote opportunities
* Accurately profiling customers to understand current and future energy needs
* Managing opportunities through the CRM system from initial contact to completion
* Auditing customer energy bills and providing clear insights to support renewal discussions
* Pricing SME and Corporate opportunities via Fidelity's portal and delivering timely, accurate quotations
* Keeping up to date with energy market trends and macro-economic factors affecting pricing
* Providing consultative, solution-led advice and positioning Global 4 as a trusted partner
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is motivated, commercially minded, and confident building relationships over the phone.
Essential skills and experience:
* Previous sales experience, ideally phone-based
* Experience generating and developing leads
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
* Confident working independently with a proactive mindset
* Strong IT skills and attention to detail
* Professional communication style, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Desirable experience:
* B2B sales experience
* Exposure to the energy sector (helpful, but not essential)
