The Role: Your Impact
As our HR, you’ll be the cornerstone of our people operations, ensuring that our team feels supported, informed, and empowered to do their best work. You’ll help build the foundation of our HR processes, drive recruitment, and foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance, Your ability to navigate HR best practices and regulatory frameworks will help us create a structured workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding:
* Lead the hiring process for key roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
* Partner with leadership/hiring managers to identify top talent aligned with Kodelab’s culture and values.
* Design and manage onboarding/offboarding programs.
✅ HR Operations & Compliance:
* Develop and implement HR policies aligned with legal and industry standards.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
* You'll handle the nitty-gritty admin side of HR, including tracking absences and days off, managing employee records, and supporting ad hoc requests. Maintain and update HR documentation, contracts, payroll coordination processes.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related questions with clarity.
✅ External Services Liaison:
You'll be the main point of contact coordinating with our external HR services, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our internal processes.
✅ Employee Experience & Culture:
* Create a welcoming, engaging and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued.
* Organize team-building activities and events to foster collaboration and engagement.

What You Bring
✔ 3+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to office management responsibilities.
✔ HR training certification (CIPD levels), HR Degree.
✔ Good knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
✔ Experience in creating HR policies, handling compliance, and supporting legal frameworks.
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritise, and bring structure to a dynamic, fast-growing team.
✔ Familiarity with HR tools payroll coordination, and administrative software is a plus.
