Employment Lawyer
Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid - 2-3 days office-based)
Salary: £47,472 - £55,850 per annum + benefits
Contract: Permanent

Refine Recruitment has an outstanding opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join a leading public sector legal team in Chelmsford.
The Role:
* Handle complex discrimination and unfair dismissal claims
* Manage TUPE processes and consultations
* Draft and negotiate settlement agreements
* Lead restructures and redundancy processes
* Provide expert employment law guidance
* Handle tribunal representations
Required:
* Qualified solicitor/barrister
* Current Law Society or Bar Standards Board membership
* 2 years PQE (will consider exceptional candidates with less)
* Strong employment tribunal experience
* Experience in TUPE and restructuring matters
* Commercial awareness with public sector understanding
