Catering Manager YOTR 1. Lead the catering department within the unit. 2. Provide catering support for all training activities. 3. Provide catering for Company dinner nights and Officers' Mess events. 4. Recruit and nurture potential chefs to fill positions within YOTR and the UOTC's. 5. Maintain a working relationship with the local catering college. 6. Manage the trade training for all chefs. Ensure MATTs are completed. 7. Ensure the kitchens complies with health and safety law. 8. Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by CoC.
