As Quality Manager : Calibration and Measurement Systems you will:
* Manage and optimise the calibration system, asset register, and traceability for all monitoring and measuring equipment.
* Lead investigations into out:of:tolerance equipment, ensuring containment actions and structured problem:solving to prevent recurrence.
* Oversee internal calibration activities and external service providers while maintaining compliance with international standards.
* Define calibration and measurement requirements for new equipment and processes, supporting process validation and equipment qualification.
* Own the governance and tracking of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities, ensuring compliance and driving closure of identified issues.
* Promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the team while monitoring key performance indicators.
The Quality Manager : Calibration and Measurement Systems will have:
* Proven experience in calibration management within automotive, manufacturing, chemical and/or process industries.
* Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, and AIAG MSA manual.
* Demonstrated expertise in leading MSA studies and managing calibration systems.
* Proficiency in problem:solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and PPAP.
* A degree in Engineering, Physics, Metrology, or a related technical discipline, coupled with leadership capabilities.
