Deliver engaging, safe fitness experiences in our gyms Support the safe operation of swimming pools and dry-side facilities Develop highly transferable skills across fitness, customer service and safety Free Trilogy Active membership Ongoing training and qualifications Opportunities to progress within Trilogy Active Supportive team environment Flexible working options What Youll Be Doing Fitness Instruction / Gym & Pool Supervision Deliver safe, effective and motivating gym sessions Support members with equipment use and personalised fitness plans Promote health and wellbeing using Trilogy Health & Fitness principles Carry out fitness assessments and monitor member progress Supervise swimming pools and dry-side areas safely Act within NPLQ standards Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Deliver excellent customer service to all users Support specialist programmes such as Activity on Referral Follow health, safety and safeguarding procedures at all times Support colleagues across sites where required What Youll Develop Fitness instruction and programme delivery Pool safety and emergency response Customer service, communication and confidence Health, safety and facility management Teamwork, problem-solving and leadership readiness What Were Looking For Minimum Level 2 recognised Health & Fitness qualification (essential) NPLQ and First Aid at Work (desirable, training available if not held) A positive, professional and motivating approach Passion for health, wellbeing and customer experience Confidence working with a wide range of people Commitment to safety, standards and teamwork Experience with Activity on Referral is desirable but not essential.
