Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound calls only – no outbound cold calling.
2. Sell and customise large travel and holiday packages.
3. Negotiate best rates and exclusive deals with suppliers
4. Manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships
5. Upsell extras (upgrades, tours, lounges) to enhance trips
6. Deliver excellent service with professional phone etiquette.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed sales targets.
