Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a well-known supplier of construction materials, who are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their established team.
The HR Manager will report to the Managing Director and directly advising the Senior Leadership Team on people strategies, best practice, policies and procedures. Delivering strong employee engagement initiatives, proactive approaches, performance and capability management and an all-round strong generalist approach to the Management team and wider business.
HR Manager Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals and enhance company performance
2. Oversee the full recruitment process including interviews and onboarding of new starters
3. Act as point of contact for employee relations issues, including but not limited to grievances, mediation and conflict resolution
4. Oversee Employee Wellbeing initiatives including Mental Health First Aiders
5. Consistently develop the company culture and values
6. Manage and update company documentation, such as Employee Handbook and New Starter...
