We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to grow our heat pump business across the New Build and Social Housing sectors in the Northwest of England. This role is ideally suited to a sales professional with proven experience in construction or housebuilding, strong existing relationships with SME developers and social housing providers, and a genuine interest in supporting the UK’s transition to low-carbon heating.
While previous heat pump experience is advantageous, it is not essential. Comprehensive product training, technical support, and ongoing development will be provided. What matters most is your ability to open doors, build trusted relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This is ideal for someone based in the North West of the UK.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales:
* Develop, manage, and grow relationships with SME developers, social housing providers, local authorities, housing associations, and regional offices of national housebuilders.
* Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the New Build and Social Housing sectors.
* Drive sales growth by promoting our heat pump solutions from early project engagement through to contract award. Customer Engagement & Account Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales lifecycle.
* Provide commercial and high-level technical guidance, supported by internal technical teams where required.
* Build long-term, trusted partnerships that generate repeat business and pipeline growth.
* Internal Collaboration & Delivery
* Work closely with internal teams including technical support, design, and operations to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, maintaining customer confidence throughout the process.
