It is a hands-on role for someone comfortable managing Employee Relations casework, providing HR advice, and supporting managers across a variety of HR processes. You will work autonomously while contributing to the wider people strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, appeals, and long-term absence. Advise managers on performance management, difficult conversations, and workforce planning. Support HR operations, including onboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR record-keeping. Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice. Use HR data to inform decisions and improve HR processes.Person Specification Confident handling Employee Relations cases.
