School HR Manager
Growing Multi-Academy Trust based in Wembley is seeking to appoint an experienced School HR Manager to support its expanding central team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strong background in education who is looking to play a key role in shaping HR operations within a developing trust.
Key Role Information
* Position: School HR Manager
* Location: Wembley, London
* Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
* Start Date: ASAP or September 2026
* Sector Experience Required: Minimum 5 years HR experience in a school, college or university
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage HR operations across the trust
* Oversee recruitment processes including advertising, selection and onboarding
* Provide HR advice to senior leadership teams on employee relations and policy
* Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding and HR best practice
* Maintain HR systems, records and staff documentation
* Support staff development, wellbeing and performance management processes
