Key Benefits:
* £30,000 - £40,000 pa
DOE basic salary
* Uncapped Monthly Commission
– Total
OTE £60,000+
* KPI Bonuses + Car allowance (£350 per month)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in media and advertising sales.
* Identify and nurture sales opportunities across multiple channels and platforms.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Key Skills:
* 2+ years' experience in a B2B sales
role within media or advertising sales.
* Background in
media sales, advertising campaigns, or digital marketing
.
* Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in successfully meeting and exceeding targets in a sales-based role.
* Knowledge of lead generation techniques across multiple channels and platforms.
* Ability to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
* A collaborative and consultative approach to sales.

Driven, motivated, and eager to earn as much commission as possible by driving sales using a range of consultative and tailored techniques. You will have a B2B sales background, with experience within Media and/or Advertising and ready to take the leap into a new and exciting chapter
