Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Milton Keynes for a CUPRA Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will represent the CUPRA brand and be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer journey. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, providing detailed product information, coordinating test drives, and managing all aspects of the sales process from inquiry to the final purchase. Providing a high level of professionalism and contributing to the overall success of the dealership will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a results‑driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions that meet their needs.
* Knowledge of or willingness to learn about the automotive industry, particularly the CUPRA brand and products.
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills for managing the sales process efficiently.
* Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies, including CRM systems, for customer and sales management.
* A full valid driving license is required.
* Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential — training will be provided for the right candidate with transferable skills.
