Site Manager Food Retail Fit Out The Company This Site Manager’s role is with a leading fit out contractor, they have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the UK's largest retailers The Role We are looking for a Site Manager (site-based) who has the ability to lead and the take ownership of food retail fit out schemes across roll a roll out on a framework. * Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget. * Manage project programme. * Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved. * Assist with site establishment and site logistics. * Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance. * Identifies and manages risk. * Ensure delivery against the project budgets. * Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages. To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach. Experience of shop fitting / retail refurbishment is key. This is a great opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor. There is ongoing work with this contractor if you are willing to travel.
