Since 1980, Stagecoach Group has played a key role in the delivery of high standard transport operations with an industry leading, customer-centric focus. Here at Stagecoach London, we are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, no matter how long or short that journey may be and providing support to the our people who deliver day in and day out.

The role is people data and analysis focused and essential in providing cross-function support to stakeholders and colleagues alike and has a particular focus on Management Information (MI) reporting via our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for the business - and it is a big business too with nearly 5000 employees.

You will be part of our people team ensuring that we support out line managers with their people issues and KPI people targets are met or exceeded.

We are looking for someone to lead on:

* Compilation of various MI reports and statistics, including people and attrition analysis, KPIs and leavers reasons comparisons.
* Supporting Managers through the Grievance, Discipline and Sickness process.
* Overseeing the TUPE process from beginning to end.
* The processing of payroll information ensuring the relevant audit trail is completed, including the processing of employees in our Workday people system.
* Ensuring our compliance with IR35 Tax Legislation requirements.
* Undertaking various projects from time to time.
* Providing and reporting HR information/data to statutory bodies.

You must have an understanding of Employment Law, GDPR, and ideally have CIPD accreditation or be working toward this. Also ideally be experienced within a data systems-focused administrative position, preferably with a focus on MI reporting and some HR/HRIS exposure, demonstrate an understanding of Excel at a mid-weight level and therefore be confident with compiling and collating spreadsheet data and analysis.

You should possess sound interpersonal skills including communication, self-motivation, accuracy and quality. The ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure is also essential.

So what can we offer you?

* Great benefits including a good competitive salary, company pension scheme, free financial education and affordable loans, and finally a range of money-saving opportunities including discounts on holidays and retail, cinema outings, dental insurance, vehicle breakdown cover and hotels and attractions.
* UK-wide opportunities, career development and secondment opportunities to work elsewhere in our UK business.
* An employee assistance programme to support health and wellbeing through a confidential service available 24 hours a day, which provides specialist guidance and assistance on a range of personal and work-related issues, from dealing with stress and anxiety to managing financial, marital or legal issues.
* A great working environment with loads of opportunity to make new friends from a bunch of great colleagues and employee networks building inclusive environments for women, veterans, carers, multicultural and LGBTQ+ colleagues. We are proud to advocate and collaborate with our corporate charity, as well as a number of community engagement projects – in addition to proudly promoting an array of health, wellbeing and family initiatives.

So, if this opportunity excites you and you have a passion for leading teams, and want to do both with an incredible business, we’d love to receive your application!
