As the HR Administrator, you will be a key part of the People Team, ensuring that all employee records are up to date. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the entire company lifecycle, from recruitment and selection, to offboarding and everything in between.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
* You will be the initial point of contact into the People Department, triaging and signposting employees as required.
* Administering all people related documents and processes, including contracts, offer letters, new starter and leaver information.
* Build, develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to providing a best in practice onboarding and offboarding experience.
* Ensuring employee data is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
* Maintaining people trackers, a bespoke CRM and providing reliable support to the wider HR team.
What we need from you?
* Previous experience in a similar HR role.
* CIPD Level 3 would be desirable.
* Flexible and open to learning on the job.
* A high level of integrity, confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
