Support the new HCM system (UKG) rollout
Maintain the new HCM (UKG) system to ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee data including joiners, changes to role, leavers, changes to personal information, holidays and absences.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, variation letters and other documentation.
Manage new starters and on-boarding including: right to work checks, collating new starter paperwork, first day arrangements/inductions.
Digitalize all new and existing people files and records.
Producing scheduled reports monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
Supporting HR projects.
Other HR administration duties as and when required.
