Groundworks Site Manager
Location: Calibre Bradford, England, United Kingdom. Project starts January 2026 on a new residential development in Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all groundworks operations on the new-build housing site
* Manage site teams, subcontractors and coordinate plant and material deliveries
* Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to high‑quality standards
* Keep accurate records and report progress, challenges and updates to senior management
* Build strong relationships with the client, housebuilder and internal teams
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience managing groundworks packages on residential developments
* SMSTS and CSCS certificates are essential
* Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
* Proven ability to manage programme, logistics and site safety effectively
