Graduate HR Administrator The Role We have an exciting position working permanently for an international, modern, and exciting law firm based in Birmingham City Centre! This is initially a temporary position for 2-3 months, with an opportunity to go permanent afterward, offering £12.50/hr.
The Responsibilities This role involves a variety of HR tasks and processes, including:
Assisting with the onboarding process
Helping with pre-employment screening checks such as reference requests
Creating and distributing contracts of employment
Managing the leavers process
Adding employees onto the internal system
Processing contractual changes
Managing email and phone queries
Managing maternity and family leave
Performing other ad hoc administrative duties
The Experience Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within professional services, and preferably with a degree or similar qualification.
