Job Title:?Sales Executive Location:?Linen Mill Studios, Banbridge, Northern Ireland Responsible to:?Sales & Marketing Manager Contract: Full-time permanent (MondayFriday, occasional evenings/weekends for trade events or education visits) Salary: £26,000£32,000 per annum + bonus potential ROLE SUMMARY This is a key role within the team focused on driving trade ticket sales and developing our education visitor offer. You will support the day-to-day delivery of our trade and group sales strategy, responding to enquiries, managing partner communications, attending events, and promoting the Studio Tour to schools, colleges and universities. Youll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Visitor Experience team to help grow both market segments, ensuring all visitors enjoy a seamless, memorable experience. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, OTAs, coach companies, and education providers. Manage inbound trade and education enquiries including processing group bookings and providing timely follow-ups. Coordinate with Visitor Services, Catering, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experience. Support trade partner communications, sales collateral updates, and CRM reporting. Represent the Studio Tour at travel trade and education events or familiarisation visits. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote the studio tour to the education sector converting leads into bookings. Monitor and report on KPIs across groups, education and trade channels and identify trends and growth opportunities. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum of two years experience in a B2B sales, travel trade role or related customer-facing role. Proven ability to manage sales enquiries, deliver proposals, and follow through within agreed timeframes. A confident communicator and natural relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools. Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use. DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE Background in tourism, visitor attractions or group booking environments. Experience working with education providers, schools or youth travel. Familiarity with trade platforms (e.g. Viator, GetYourGuide, etc). A second language is advantageous.
