Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Site Manager, located in Brighouse. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at project sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Supervise and lead site teams to achieve project objectives.
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
* Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and management.
* Manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
Qualifications
* Strong project management and organizational skills, including coordination of schedules and resource allocation.
* Knowledge of construction processes, mechanical & electrical systems, and utility services such as gas, water, and electric.
* Health and safety management expertise to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Proficiency in team leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, teams, and suppliers.
* Experience with EV charging infrastructure projects is a plus.
* Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in construction management or utility services preferred.
