Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and by phone.
* Build rapport to understand their needs and recommend suitable options.
* Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
* Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional manner.
* Meet and exceed personal and team targets.
* Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
* Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey.
Ideally, we are looking for:
* Previous sales experience within automotive.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* A team player with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
