Site Manager - Social Housing Overview We are seeking an experienced Social Housing Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment and improvement programme within an occupied housing environment. The role involves coordinating site activities, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and maintaining strong communication with residents, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across a social housing scheme. Oversee the installation of cavity wall insulation, new windows and doors, door undercuts, and a new ventilation system. Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
