Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Actively download and efficiently manage data from lead sources, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Conduct thorough research on companies to gather relevant information before engaging with potential customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through web forms and other sources, providing appropriate information and assistance. Use the CRM systems (ServiceMate, Quotient) to input, update, and maintain customer data and sales activities. Schedule appointments with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively. Collaborate with the wider sales and admin team to provide comprehensive and accurate information, ensuring a smooth handover process.
