Job Title: Skoda Sales Executive
Hours of Work - 5 Days a week - Shift Rota to cover the showroom opening times
Contract: Full-time/Permanent
Position pays: £20,000 Basic with Uncapped earnings, plus Company Car
Location: Skoda Swansea SA4 9GW

Your duties will include:
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer journey:
1. Building strong customer relationships and guiding them through the entire sales process
2. Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicles and finance options
3. Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
4. Following up leads to maximise every opportunity
5. Managing accurate sales administration including finance, part-exchange, and handover documentation
6. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve personal and team targets

More about you:
The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with customers. We are looking for someone who can represent the Škoda brand with confidence and integrity:
7. Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or automotive
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
9. A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
10. Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers
11. A full UK driving licence
Automotive experience is an advantage, but we welcome strong sales talent from other industries.
