This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established and experienced SEND team to provide individualized support to key students with SEND to help them effectively access learning across the curriculum and make progress with personalized SEN Outcomes and provision targets.
We look for a dynamic and supportive team member to contribute to the implementation of key strategies that support students with SEND. This role will build on existing skills and expertise to support the ongoing development of practice and support in particular areas of SEND, while also benefiting from further professional development within an expert team that continues to identify and remove barriers to learning for students with a range of special educational needs.
Experience
We would love to hear from people with experience of working effectively to support students with any of the different areas of need listed above, and we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with primary and secondary school experience.
