About you
* Hold a relevant third-level or CIPD qualification
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role
* Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR systems like PAMS and NorthTime Pro (desirable)
What you'll do
* Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence issues
* Lead or assist with investigations and ensure proper HR policy applicationSupport recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding
* Manage employee data and prepare HR reports to ensure compliance
* Support wellbeing initiatives, benefits administration, and community engagement activities
