As a Van Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales of new and used vans, contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

Duties
* Selling new and used vans to both private customers and trade clients
* Upselling additional products and finance options to maximise sales revenue
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
* Managing sales leads and following up to secure conversions
* Conducting market research to identify new opportunities
* Negotiating prices and terms effectively
* Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to company processes
* Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed targets
* Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
* Proven automotive sales experience, preferably within van or car sales
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
* Motivated and target-driven with a desire to succeed
* Knowledge of the motor trade industry and current market trends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confidence in upselling and closing sales
* Valid driving licence is essential
