Job Description
To take overall responsibility for the delivery of all operational services in London reporting to the Account Manager and supporting the Southampton office with a dotted line report into the General Manager. This role main purpose is inclusive but not exhaustive of responsibility of the restaurants, coffee bars, shops, hospitality offers and overall culinary experience in London and supporting the team in Southampton. This role ensures that services are managed to company and client standards within financial constraints
* Ensure smooth running of the business with Account Manager and General Manager (in Southampton) and deputise in their absence.
* To consistently drive sales through innovation, creativity, and continuous evolvement of the offer and encourage all managers to be the same.
* Drive initiatives to deliver the best client experiences and best in class services. • To keep abreast of market and industry trends.
* Support at BAT in Southampton.
* To ensure location managers and teams are customer focused all times, anticipating client needs and service and expectations are consistently exceeded.
* Work collaboratively with all teams such as Events and Culinary to deliver culinary experiences.
* Working closely with BaxterStorey and our client to drive strategic growth, financial performance, and innovation across retail and hospitality services.
* Control cost and work towards/exceeding budget and achieving financial targets/forecasts
* To ensure that all audits and administration procedures are followed in line with the company policy.
* Adhere to KPIs and manage non-compliance, promoting and encouraging ESG initiative.
Qualifications
* Previous experience commensurate with role
* Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
* You draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team
* Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
* Excellent delegation and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑faced, creative environment and able to work well under pressure
* Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
* Concise and effective verbal and written communication
* Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution‑oriented perspective
* Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
