Role: Administartive Assistant: Type: 12 Month Contract, opportunity to extend Location: Belfast, onsite Hours: 9AM-5PM, Mon-Fri Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administrative Assistant will play a hands on role in supporting the Operations team with administrative coordination, records management, and routine office functions. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organised, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with discretion and accuracy. Responsibilities: Organising and archiving both digital and physical records relating to asset operations Managing correspondence with third parties, including landowners Tracking communications in a structured, auditable format Supporting procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoice reconciliation Preparing internal documentation and compiling reports for management Booking travel and lodging logistics; supporting with expense claims First-line response for calls and general office queries Assisting or standing in for Office Management duties when required Required: A minimum of two years' of experience in a similar administrative capacity Proficient with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint) Strong self-management, time prioritisation, and communication skills Able to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities Experience with financial processing systems (e.g., invoice and PO tracking) The successful candidate may be required to undergo a pre-employment health assessment and security clearance as part of the onboarding process.
