We are recruiting a new opportunity for a Head of Sales for an IT MSP & Consulting firm (Consultancy, Service Desk, Hardware, Software, Security, Cloud, VoIP/Comms etc). To be considered you must have a relevant industry background, probably with an MSP, which will include new business sales and logo wins and sales team management.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days on-site in Greater Glasgow, and 2 days work from home, along with travel to clients as required.

The primary mission is to lead and build on an existing, stable and successful team of new business sales people and account managers. As well as driving growth through your team, you will lead from the front and contribute with some of your own deals.
You'll have a seat with the leadership team from day one, along with the opportunity to write and deliver sales strategy for new business growth and existing client account growth.
Basic £75,000, OTE £150/160K, cash car allowance, package.
