Due to continued expansion, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced sales executive in our Stourbridge Volvo dealership selling both new and used cars.
Successful candidates must provide evidence of a successful track record and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to follow a robust sales process, work well within a friendly team atmosphere and will be given extensive manufacturer training to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
* Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
* Communicate effectively to cater to a diverse clientele.
* Collaborate with team members to strategise and achieve sales targets.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
