Million Dollar Fitness is seeking a dynamic Fitness Instructor to become a permanent addition to our passionate team. Lead engaging group fitness sessions (in-person and Zoom) tailored to various fitness levels. This role offers the perfect opportunity to inspire others whilst being part of a supportive, community-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead engaging group fitness sessions (in-person and Zoom) tailored to various fitness levels.
* Demonstrate attention to detail, educating clients on proper form, technique, and safety during exercises.
* Create a welcoming, supportive environment for all members.
* Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client participation and retention.
* Fulfil key-holding duties for the facility.
* Maintain high standards ensuring a clean and safe workout environment.
* Housekeeping tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Access to/own transport.
* Level 2 REPs Fitness Instruction qualification.
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise.
* Commitment to gym maintenance and cleaning duties.
Desirable Skills
* Studio class instruction experience.
* Kettlebell training expertise.
* Pilates.
