About the Role
Working for a leading global manufacturing business, reporting to the HR Director, you will serve as an Interim HR Manager with a project focus. Your responsibilities will include leading a range of global OD projects across Europe, Asia, and the USA. These projects involve standardising and harmonising pay structures using Hay methodology, developing and implementing competency frameworks, and conducting talent mapping to ensure the organization is set up for future success.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have extensive experience within global matrix organizations, leading OD initiatives such as job architecture, competency frameworks, and talent management.
Experience supporting a multi-site manufacturing business or similar is preferred.
Requirements
* Ability to start a new role on short notice
* Availability to work in the London office for at least 3-4 days per week
This role has the potential to be extended or become permanent for the right candidate.
