Founding HR Manager – AI Superintelligence Start-Up | London 🧠
We’re working with a highly ambitious AI start-up building towards enterprise-level superintelligence — now looking to hire their first HR leader to build and scale the people function from the ground up.
This is not a traditional HR role.
You’ll operate in a true 0→1 environment, owning everything from people strategy and hiring processes to onboarding, culture, and organisational design. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people, helping shape how the company scales across London and internationally.
The business is already attracting world-class talent from leading AI organisations, with a small, senior team focused on building systems that directly impact real-world outcomes — not just shipping features, but driving measurable results.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in early-stage / high-growth environments
* Has experience in technology focused businesses
* Is comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy
* Can build processes from scratch, not just optimise existing ones
* Thinks commercially and understands how people strategy drives business performance
