About You
* A Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive who has an enthusiastic personality and is self‑motivated.
* Has previous sales experience and can manage a large workload in a fast‑paced environment.
* Identifies new business opportunities and supports colleagues within the team.
* Has the ability to listen well and to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements
To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.

For your first 5 days in the business, you'll be attending our residential induction academy – a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you'll learn all about our business before you start your new role. You will then return to the induction academy during your first month for a further 3 days to complete your training.
