Alpinestars is the leading manufacturer of performance motorsports apparel, protection, footwear and Sportswear. We are seeking a high‑calibre sales professional to join our growing UK and Ireland Motorcycle team and support the continued growth and development of our direct accounts.
Position
As a Sales Developer, you will drive business growth within an assigned Territory. The role requires attracting Specialist Retailers to join our Network. You will motivate Product Plans by Account and Support our Partners with their Sell-Out Activity.
Main Responsibilities
• Account management: Build and nurture strong relationships at all levels, from Dealer Principals to Shop Staff, to Increase engagement and Motivation for Product sell-in and sell-through.
• Merchandising & Training: Present new product lines, set up displays, and educate retail staff on features and benefits.
• Sales Execution: Actively solicit orders (\"Pre-Book\" and \"At-Once\"), to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and dealer inventory needs.
• Sales Experience: Successful Wholesale Experience and Retail Store management for Motorcycle Helmets/Apparel are considered as a strong plus.
• Field-Based role: This is Sales Role that supports Retailers; expect to spend up to 80% of your time in the field. You must also be available to work and support requested Open Days and Industry Events that are generally on the weekends.
